C's Clinch Playoff Spot, Cavs Too

The Celtics defeated the Nets last night 115-111 to clinch a playoff spot with 20 games left in the regular season. The Cavs also clinched with a 91-73 win over the Bucks. The Celtics now will be playing for a good seed and having more depth now off the bench should help. The only thing is that the Cavs also got some help signing veteran Joe Smith for the rest of the season, and the Spurs signed forward Drew Gooden. Seems like Danny Ainge panicked jumping on Mikki Moore right away instead of waiting the two or three games to sign a better big man. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it pans out the rest of the season, but I will say he is doing a decent job while KG is resting up that sore knee. Another week or so and we'll be seeing Starbury throw lobs up to the Big Ticket for thunderous dunks... ahhh yeahhh.
