Nathan Followill Tweets to Ryan Murphy
To make a long story short, Ryan Murphy is the creator of some gay tv show Glee. Murphy asked Kings of Leon if they would like their music on the show and they politely refused, just like they did when approached to have their music on a commercial and tv show Ugly Betty. Instead of moving on and finding other music for the show, Ryan Murphy said this in and interview with The Hollywood Reporter:
"F--k you, Kings of Leon," Murphy said. "They're self-centered assholes and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song," Murphy continued, "which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument. It's like, OK, hate on arts education. You can make fun of Glee all you want, but at its heart, what we really do is turn kids on to music."

New Movie "30 Minutes or Less"

Plot Summary: In the action-comedy "30 Minutes or Less," Nick (Jesse Eisenberg) is a small town pizza delivery guy whose mundane life collides with the big plans of two wanna-be criminal masterminds (Danny McBride and Nick Swardson). The volatile duo kidnaps Nick and forces him to rob a bank. With mere hours to pull off the impossible task, Nick enlists the help of his ex-best friend, Chet (Aziz Ansari). "I don't like tomatoes or blue cheese so I hate that your doing that"- Pube
The above quote was from lunch where all four of us had $21.00 each to pay the bill perfectly. How many does does that happen? Usually there's one or two assholes who don't have cash, but not us. Perfection.
"Wanna see my boner Obby?"- Buddy
"If you put a mirror in front of the girl during doggystyle so there is eye contact, then you can make love."- Buddy
During Kings when Buddy picked a 9, we had 15 rhymes during that one pick without cheating.
"I only suck big dicks"- Gody
"I talked to you on the phone early that morning"- Buddy
"Yeah I was getting head"- Gody
"And when you were texting me about Nike Town?"- Buddy
"I was getting head and was like niiiicceee"- Gody
There was a pretty lengthy discussion, where Buddy told us that even his seamen were better/stronger than Gody's. Also that even if Buddy was to have sex with a girl after Gody, that his seamen would impregnate her, not Gody's.
At the bar we form our own dance floor near the Christmas tree and dougie the night away. Pube grabs some random girl to make out with at midnight, Gody is slowly falling asleep, and Obb is in pure creep mode. I know, just another normal night. Gody falls asleep standing up, so we get kicked out. Luckily we're already and hour into 2011. We all scramble to find each other and make our way outside to get cabs. Obb then talks shit to some random guy who can barely speak english.
While Pube and Obb were in a cab together, Pube text Obb saying:
"Fuck this merry-go-round"
and later said:
"When he stops run really fast"
Then, when the cab stopped, Pube started running and Obb paid the cab driver.
When I was in my cab with some other friends, once we got onto East 4th street and I saw Pube, I told the cab driver he could stop where we were. As I open the door to step out, Pube throws a snowball at the cab.
Now once were all on the sidewalk waiting for Buddy this is what my friends are doing:
-Pube picked up Em over his shoulder and put her in the back of a random pickup truck.
-Obby and Hummer were on the brink of throwing fists in the street
-Gody was looking for a place to fall alseep
So I had to have Gody wait on the steps, while pushing Obb and Hummer apart then help Em out of the truck. Didn't know I had to babysit.
Buddy arrives and takes Em and I to a party while Pube and Obb wonder in the other direction. We're walking down the sidewalk and Buddy decides to start running and happens to step right on a patch of ice and falls flat on his back. He lays there on the wet ground for a minute before coming to his feet and we resume our walk. Now, we arrive outside the party and Buddy gets a phone call and decides that we're gonna go back to his place.
We meet some other friends back at Buddy's place and this is where things start getting sloppy.
- Obb and Pube get back - Pube is loving life and Obb is freaking out
- Gody is passed out
- Buddy's trying to smush
- Obb gets called Shamoo and almost gets into a fight
- Pube calls the Chinese food place around 2am and they pick up and say "we're not open". Pube responds with "yes you are you answered the phone". They hung up.
- Gody gets kicked out of his own bed in the middle of the night, I'll let you guess who else was in it.
- Gody can never use those sheets again.
