Facbook Status of the Day

My ex posted a bunch of pictures the daughter he never visits stolen from me -a christmas with me and her stepdad, my mom and brother; the disney vacation her stepdad and I took her on,.... he wasn't even present for! And the last voluentary support payment he made (and only, btw) way one in Nov 2008! Does anyone else see how him posting this stuff could be offensive to me?!
